The Licor de Rosas of Quinta Pedagógica dos Prazeres won a silver medal in the category of spirits in the international competition IWSC – International Wine & Spirit Competition.
The competition was attended by a considerable number of judges specialized in the area, from various countries, as well as samples of drinks from all over the world.
In a statement, the Quinta Pedagógica dos Prazeres, representing Portugal and Madeira, has shown pride in this medal, since it is translated, according to the classification, as a “product of excellence”.
According to Quinta Pedagógica, the Liqueur of Roses is made entirely artisanal and 100% natural and regional, based on the agricultural rum of Madeira and old roses of the region, “making its aroma and flavor extremely genuine and aromatic.” The liquor was first launched at the end of the year 2017 and since then it has obtained excellence classifications, since this prize has to highlight two gold medals already obtained in international competitions in Spain and Chile.
