About 40 passengers who have been waiting since yesterday for the connection to Porto Santo are tired and disgusted by the behavior of the Spanish company, which recently won the international public tender for the air links between Madeira and the Golden Island.

There are at least three passengers who are sitting in a wheelchair, because they have leg problems or because they are old , so they tire more easily. In this situation is a lady of 87 years who, despite maintaining good mobility, uses the wheelchair to make longer routes or just to rest.
A natural couple from the Azores, but residing for decades in Canada, is also among those affected. The wife wanted to visit Porto Santo, the husband wanted to satisfy her wishes and bought three nights in one of the most expensive hotels on the island – at a cost of more than 200 euros / night – and now runs the risk of not going anymore because in the meantime almost two of the three days has already lapsed.
There are also natural couples from the continent who are in any case displeased with the lack of information or incorrect information from the Binter.
There are reports that can be heard among the 40 or so passengers.
To date, all have received two vouchers of 6 euros and another of 18 euros for food, and an overnight stay in hotels in Machico or Santa Cruz.
Passengers have received promises that they fly, but the flight time passes and they are still clutching their suitcases at the at Madeira Airport.
