Dwelling in Quinta do Leme for sale on a bidding basis, until February 4, set at 400 thousand euros.
A building located at Quinta do Leme no. 6, in Funchal, with a deadline for receipt of tenders is due for sale at 5:30 pm on February 4. The building in question belongs to the Assembly of the Republic and in the past in the Region served as office of the Office of the Ombudsman, who, meanwhile, moved to other facilities.
Upon receipt of these proposals, the real estate auction will take place at 10:30 am on February 5 at the Provisioning and Heritage Division of the Parliament in Lisbon.
The bidding base is 400 thousand euros, for a dwelling composed of two floors plus attic and an annex that serves as a garage.
In its edict, it can be read that “the house is of old traces, it has a basalt stone structure with wooden flooring in which it rests the floor in well-preserved shell, exterior spans and interiors with frames, tapas and wooden shutters , covering in the outer ones being on rolled stone sidewalk.
