Complete failure to provide customer service!
The TAP phoneline makes you wait 20 to 39 minutes only to be cut off once you get connected. A scandalous and totally unprofessional airline. Never again!
Worst airline ever
I spent 5h on the phoneline and still need to call them. They hang up, their employees LIE offering different interpretations of the fair rules each time you call them. The website is not working at all, no possibility to reschedule the flight before take off (multiple errors). They take no responsibility for it and then charge you for no-show because you didn’t reschedule. Even if you showed at the airport. Contacting TAP gets you back to XX.
The worst customer service
They need a complete overhaul of their online website and customer call Centre. They will not answer the phone in the USA at all and in Portugal they are rude and unhelpful. It’s been an awful experience dealing with them although Madeira is so beautiful I would still come again!
No reachable costumer service, absolutely horrible
I tried several times to contact them (on 4 different on- and offline channels!) and even through the phone I only reached them after having waited for more than an hour! Just to have the lady tell me that she can’t help me and letting me wait another 80 minutes(!!) for a “colleague” that would pick up straight away, as she said. After having waited more than 2 hours in total, I had to give up because of an appointment. I still couldn’t change my flight. I’m shocked of how bad things go with this airline.
complete crooks, avoid at all cost
Customer service is a rip off, you have to pay and off course wait for hours to reach them, I had a voucher number they pretend they don’t find anymore, how convenient for them. Avoid at all costs.
Bad company
Luggages lost, no infos, 5 days after arrival in Geneva from Funchal. You would better go by boat or swimming !!!
