The Government’s long-awaited ‘Plan B’ for student travel is formally presented this morning by Miguel Albuquerque, Pedro Calado and Jorge Carvalho
Four round trips, per student, for each school year, to be used when you require. This is, in essence, the ‘plan B’ that will be presented at noon today.
The presentation will have a more political component. The issues of education will be addressed by Secretary Jorge Carvalho.
According to a government source, travel costs only € 65. That is, the families pay this and only this to the agencies. The remainder will be assumed by the Regional Government through bureaucratic rules and procedures that will be announced in more details.
